What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For custom bespoke rugs (Tibetan and Hand-Knotted), our MOQ is 1 rug. For wholesale dhurries and handloom catalog distribution, minimums start at 10 units or a combined container mix.
How do you ship to the United States?
We ship via direct air cargo through DHL Express and FedEx Freight with 5–7 day transit to all US mainland states. For large volume container shipments, we ship FOB or CIF to New York / New Jersey, Los Angeles, and Savannah ports.
Can we order a strike-off sample first?
Yes. We strongly encourage 1×1 ft or 2×2 ft strike-off samples. They display exact yarn color, pile density, and edge binding. Strike-offs take 12–16 days to weave and reach the US.
How are colors matched?
We accept Pantone TPX / TCX codes, ARS Wool reference numbers, or physical fabric swatches mailed to our Bhadohi atelier for pot-dip laboratory matching.
